Spent my Xmas break at this hotel and it was great! First, the staff were super friendly and always willing to help. They provided maps and advice on the best places to visit nearby. The location was ideal as it was within walking distance to the major tourist destinations and also the metro station. The room was also spotless and cozy. Another plus was the nearby shops and restaurants which were affordable.

The downside was that they didn't clean the room daily and I had to remind them to do basic things like providing clean towels. the Wi-Fi signal was weak at times which made it difficult to communicate with family back home.

the staff was very helpful and friendly, providing us with maps, umbrellas, and charging adapters. the location was convenient, close to many tourist destinations and affordable restaurants. the room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities such as free tea. the breakfast was delicious, and the view from the hotel was stunning.

The noise level from the street was occasionally noticeable and could disturb one's sleep.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The staff were amazing; they were always ready to help me with anything I needed. They provided me with free maps, chargers, and umbrellas. The location was ideal as it is within walking distance to major tourist destinations. The hotel was also clean and well-maintained. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection of dishes.

For me, this accommodation was ideal for a short stay.

The view from the hotel room was amazing and the breakfast had a wide selection of foods. the hotel was conveniently located close to many tourist attractions and there were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. the staff at the hotel were polite and friendly.

the heater in the room did not work properly, making it uncomfortably cold.

Amazing breakfast and a variety of tea options. The hot water in the bathroom was consistently available. The staff at Planet Hotel was helpful in assisting with luggage during check-out. I would recommend this hotel.
